Mindfulness For Wellbeing
Are you feeling tired, worried or stressed yet finding there is no medically diagnosed reason for your condition? Would you like to feel more energised, happier and more in control of your life experience?
Although we have many more conveniences and access to money, people today, seem to be as stressed or at times more stressed than their ancestors. It’s as if we’ve simply traded one kind of stress for another. Today, psychological and emotional pressure in the workplace, home and in relationships can leave us feeling drained and depleted.
In recent years, much research has been done into the benefits of mindfulness and results are showing that mindfulness can contribute to a reduction in stress and an increase in happiness. As a result, many people who practice mindfulness find that decision making becomes easier and their experience of life is enhanced.
I offer individual mindfulness sessions where I can support you, at mutually convenient times, as you take an independent journey or you can elect an eight week programme where I will guide you in a more structured way, providing a foundation for the changes you may need to make, in order to live life more fully.
I offer a non-religious, confidential service. If you would like to know more, please contact me about the benefits of mindfulness for wellbeing at firstname.lastname@example.org or click here to find out more about the Running On Empty, eight week programme.
